The 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment is located on the fourth floor of a multi-story building, directly above the beach of Illetas I. The apartment is fully furnished, with all imaginable amenities. From the terrace, you have a wonderful view of the bay with all it’s small islands. The building does have an elevator, as well as beautifully landscaped an atrium. Inside the apartment, you will find a fully equipped and bright kitchen. The smaller of the two bedrooms is nicely decorated, complete with a queen size bed and built-in closet. Opposite of the bedroom, you will find on of the full bathrooms, complete with tub.
From there on, you access a bright and airy living room with huge panorama windows overlooking the terrace as well as the ocean. The attached dining area accentuates the large room very nicely. A fan and an electric heater will provide a comfortable environment during all seasons. The TV, located in the living room, is hooked up to a satellite system, and will provide guests with ample channels for entertainment. The master bedroom is located just off of the living room, and features panorama windows as well, and an additional access to the beautiful terrace. Nicely furnished with a queen size bed, the master bedroom also features the second, private bathroom.
Illetas is located just west of Palma, adjacent to St. Augustin. It provides the perfect setting for anyone looking for a relaxed and private vacation spot, that is still only 10 minutes from Palma and 5 minutes from Santa Ponca and Magaluf. The coast with it’s cliffs as well as sandy beaches and landscaped areas provides a gorgeous setting for the perfect vacation. Illetas also offers visitors Mallorca’s cleanest beaches, with some still not being frequented by very many tourists, like the beaches of Cala Comtessa and Illetas IIl. Visitors will also find a multitude of outstanding restaurants as well as clubs, famous for their frequent celebrity sightings. Last but not least, one of Mallorca’s most prestigious golf courses is located in Illetas, Bendinat, as well as one of the island’s best diving schools.
